DMCA Policy
VPN Hunt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we have established the following procedure for submitting notices of alleged copyright infringement related to content on our website.
If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, you may notify us of alleged copyright violations by submitting a formal DMCA Notice. Upon receipt of such notice, VPN Hunt will, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including the removal or restriction of access to the allegedly infringing content.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your notice:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- A clear identification of the material you believe is infringing, including its location (such as a specific URL) on our website;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- The following statement:
“I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).” - The following statement:
“The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.” - Proof of copyright ownership (such as legal documentation);
- Your physical or electronic signature.
The subject line of your email should read: “DMCA Copyright Notice”
Misrepresentation Warning: Title 17 USC §512(f) provides penalties for knowingly submitting false claims, including liability for damages and attorney’s fees.
You may submit your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent using the contact form available here:

Once your notice has been reviewed and verified, VPN Hunt will take the necessary actions as deemed appropriate, including content removal if required. This process does not limit our ability to pursue other remedies in response to suspected copyright violations.
